Yoga and pilates in The Ballroom!

Need to find some “me-time”? Looking for a winter way to look after your body and mind? The gentle and masterful practitioners offering classes in The Ballroom might be just what you need.

Our restoration of this beautiful light-filled space is close to finished and we’d love to share it with you.

Whether you are a beginner to yoga, always wondered what pilates was about, or you’ve been working at your practice for some time now, you’ll find something to suit your needs.

There are three teachers currently taking regular classes in the fully-equipped space, and we think you’ll love them.

Yoga with Yoshi runs twice a week. Tuesday 6pm classes are Hatha yoga-flavoured and great if you’re a beginner or after a gentle practice. Thursday 6:30pm classes are Vinyasa-style and will deliver a little more challenge for those who seek it! Book with Yoshi here.

The Balance of Being offers plenty of class times for you to build up that core strength through pilates with Alex. You can find her on Mondays 6pm, Tuesdays 6am, Wednesdays 6pm, Thursdays 6am and Saturdays 8am. Book with Alex here.

Our newest practitioner, Milly, from Flex and Flow Yoga offers lots of class times as well, and can cater for beginners through to more advanced students. She likes to create a yoga atmosphere that is inclusive, sensitive and fun - free from intimidation. She’ll welcome you on Tuesdays 7:15pm, Wednesdays 6:15am, Fridays 9:00am and start your day of rest with a class on Sunday at 9am. No bookings required… yet!
